How to Remove Audio in Adobe Premiere Pro. . PremiereProTips Facebook: / 1502729519979479 In this video, I explain how to delete sound from video clips in Adobe Premiere Pro. If you have Despite the limitations, using the method of marking audio in Audition, creating a dummy video in Media Encoder, then replacing the dummy video clips in Premiere Pro, can save a ton of time. The longer the file, the more time saved considering this takes only around a few minutes to complete. Here's how to remove audio from video in Premiere Pro in a few simple steps. Here's how firstly: Create a new project in Premiere Pro. Do this by clicking File > New . Now it's time to import your footage into Premiere Pro . Simply click File > Import, or you can drag your file into Premiere Pro to the Project Panel . When opening a saved project, I can't move, delete, or alter clips in the timeline in any way. However, if I open an auto saved project, it works. I can't figure out whats going on. Can anyone help? Deleting independent (single) Audio (Audio Clips) in Premiere Pro Step 1: Select/Highlight the Audio Clip that you wish to delete Step 2: Press Delete/Backspace on your keyboard to delete the audio clip from the timeline Without leaving Premiere Pro, right-click on the audio track whose background music you want to remove and select Edit in Adobe Audition. This option should only be available if you have the Adobe Audition program installed on your device. THANK YOU, STEVE for saying what you said. I'm a voice-over of 40+ years, and this is exactly my position on the subject. I extended a video clip in order to add a bit of extra Audio into my timeline and now I want to move all of the following audio clips back up and close a gap on the audio track. Ripple Delete won't work as I have no gap on the other tracks and don't want to move them anyway.
